All good epic adventures begin somewhere. A new adaptation of C.S. Lewis’s The Magician’s Nephew by Michael O’Brien makes its world premiere and opens the Shaw Festival’s 2018 season.

Shaw Festival Board Chair Peter Jewett announced today that Sheila Brown, Vivien Dzau, Tim Johnson, Sharon Levite, Eugene Lundrigan and Corinne Rice have joined the Shaw Festival’s Board of Trustees.

During the Annual General Meeting, the Shaw Festival announced positive financial results for the 2017 season while celebrating the many wins of Artistic Director Tim Carroll’s first season.
